COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the uncertainty of border restrictions, Semaphore Splash Apartments has modified its cancellation policy for guests travelling from interstate as follows.

For bookings made directly with Semaphore Splash Apartments via Phone, Email, or Website www.semaphoresplash.com.au

1. If up to 14 days prior to arrival the guest requests a booking cancellation, a one night charge will apply.

2. If on the 14th day prior to arrival the South Australian Government has closed the border with the guest's home state or mandates a ‘fixed’ quarantine period on arrival in South Australia, the booking will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

3. If within the 14 days prior to arrival the South Australian Government makes a new announcement that closes the border with the guest's home state or mandates a ‘fixed’ quarantine period on arrival in South Australia, the booking will be transferred into credit for the same number of nights, to be used for a future period, subject to availability, and minimum night stay requirements.
